How The Entrepreneur Program Works

1:1 Coaching

You’ll unlock access to not just one but three of our incredible expert coaches (Melissa, Therese and Kirra), allowing you to self-select which coach you’d like to connect with for your personalized 1:1 training sessions during our three month intensive program.

Group Zoom Sessions

Delivered through a collaborative 1.5 hour zoom session weekly, our expert coaches present a deep dive keynote session every Wednesday that correlates with the weekly module. Followed by a Q&A session for you to connect with our coaches and your peers.

Online Learning Portal

Elevate your business anywhere, anytime. Our online learning hub enables you to access and complete course work from anywhere globally. With video tutorials, downloadable workbooks, and bonus content, you'll elevate your business in no time.

Program Curriculum

Across a three month period, you will commit to six intensive modules that comprehensively address various aspects of entrepreneurship. Our program has been specifically designed to provide valuable insights and practical knowledge on the following topics. See our program syllabus listed below.

The Entrepreneur Program Module Outline

Course Introduction: Welcome to the course

To kickstart the course, you will get the opportunity to get to know our expert coaches, complete your initial discovery survey and book in your first 1:1 mastery call.

Module 1: Mindsets and habits of an entrepreneur

In this module, you will dive into the world that is mindsets and habits. Explore the importance of mindset, learn entrepreneurial habits and how you can implement this into your everyday life.

Module 2: The customer experience to delight, retain and acquire

Divided into three sub-modules, this module is designed to provide a comprehensive guidance on various aspect of business growth. In part 1, we delve into understanding your ideal client and effectively communicating with your target demographic. Part 2 focuses on the concept of diversification, emphasising the importance of catering to multiple customer needs with a range of products or services. Lastly, in part 3, we explore strategies for settlement and beyond, creating advocates who will champion your business.

Module 3: People and Culture

Divided into two sub-modules, this module is designed to address crucial aspect of building and managing a successful team.

In part 1, the focus is on culture, providing guidance on building a positive and inclusive work culture that fosters employee retention. Part 2 delves into the world of staffing, offering insights on finding and effectively employing the right individuals for your team. By exploring these sub-modules, you will acquire the knowledge and strategies necessary to cultivate a strong team environment and make informed decisions when it comes to hiring and retaining talented individuals.

Module 4: Branding and Marketing

Divided into two sub-modules, this module is designed to give you an understanding of the world of marketing.

Part 1 focuses on the importance of the social media landscape, exploring its impact on businesses and the significance of leveraging social media platform to build brand awareness and generate leads. Part 2 delves into corporate social responsibility, highlighting the importance of CSR and how you can become an inspired company.

Module 5: The 21-Day Challenge

Exclusive to The Entrepreneur Program, the 21-day challenge offers a unique opportunity for growth and development, bringing all the topics, learnings and discussions from each of our modules to life.

Module 6: The Implementation Phase

In our final module, we challenge you to implement all of the learnings over the last 5 modules into your broking business. At this stage, you will have your final one-on-one mastery call with our expert coaches, helping to keep you accountability and putting an action plan in place for your business.
